Was thinking on the same lines.

IAF need drones, Heron others to fight the Pakistan drones and with it the anti drone tech, so govt of India need to release the required fund to IAF....

Other usual blame on Pakistan and Kashmiris, the recent meeting with the pseudo Kashmir leaders.
