I don't think that Russia want to or is capable of occupying whole of Ukraine. Probably Crimea and Eastern part would secede to Russia that is considering that chronically coward surrender monkey politicians of EU and Obama shows some backbone.

Only three countries in E.U. have something resembling a Military force , U.K. , Germany and Frace . U.K. stays away from politics of mainland europe and after ww1 has never gone in an war without U.S. backing . Germany and France even together are not much of a force against Russia .

Nukes don't even play a role in this kind of conflict. Russia is a rusty tiger. They can only project power as far as they can drive. They, or china could never do what the U.S. did in Afghanistan and Iraq. They are good at 'home games' but can't travel the way a REAL superpower can.

7 pages full of fun, Superpower reborn? seriously? Russia has lost that title long ago just like many more superpowers at its time and not close even to be a superpower anymore.. That's only a cheap show based on military might and they take advantages from ongoing chaos in Kiev.. Ukr army even is not functional. Russia will get a lot of hits from "international law" and "respect to sovereignty of others" issues and eventually step back...
