Victim alleges that one of the accused is her relative; manhunt on for three
A 16-year-old girl alleged that she was gang-raped in a moving car by a group of men which included one of her relatives last week in Greater Noida, the policesaid on Monday.

All the three alleged accused are absconding and efforts are on to nab them, the police said.

The victim, a student of Class XI, has mentioned in her complaint that the incident took place on April 18, when she was walking home, the police said.

Missed school bus
“She had missed her school bus and so decided to walk back home. Few minutes later, she was approached by three persons — her distant relative , a Class fellow and an another boy. They offered to drop her home after which she got inside their car,” a senior police officer said.


Laced drink, dumped
Following this, the trio stuffed a cloth into her mouth and took turns to rape her, he added. Then they forced her for a laced drink after which she fell unconscious.

“When the victim did not return home, her parents reported the matter to the police. She was recovered from a secluded road near Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology in Knowledge Park at around 2 a.m. in an unconscious state,” the officer added.

She was rushed to a nearby hospital and later discharged after a first aid.

Based of the complaint filed the victim’s father and the statements recorded, a case under Sections 376D (gang-rape) of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act [POSCO] were registered against the accused,” the officer said.

بھارت (اردو پوائنٹ تازہ ترین اخبار۔23اپریل 2018ء) بھارت کے علاقے مدھیہ پردیش میں ایک دل دہلا دینے والا واقعہ سامنے آیا ہے۔جہاں ایک 4 سالہ بچی کو زیادتی کا نشانہ بنانے کے بعد بے دردی سے قتل کر دیا گیا۔ننھی بچی کے ساتھ بربریت کی تمام حدیں پار کر دی گئیں اور بچی کی لاش کی حالت ایسی تھی کہ پولیس اہلکار بھی روئے بغیر نہ رہ سکے۔جب ایک پولیس اہلکار بچی کی لاش کو اٹھا کر لے جا رہا تھا تو اس کی آنکھوں میں آنسو آ گئے جس کے بعد باقی پولیس اہلکار بھی رو پڑے۔



یہ واقعہ جمعرات کی شب کا ہے جب 4 سالہ بچی کی لاش ملنے سے پورے علاقے میں سنسنی پھیل گئی۔جب کہ سیڑھیوں پر موجود خون کے دھبے حیوانیت کی گواہی دے رہے تھے۔ننھی بچی کے ایک رشتہ دار کو اس واقعہ کے بعد حراست میں لیا گیا ہے۔اس واقعے کے بعد مدھیہ پردیش کے علاقے میں شدید خوف و ہراس پھیل گیا اور دردناک معاملے کی شنوائی کے لیے وکیل کورٹ میں ملزمین کی طرف سے وکالت کرنے کو بھی کوئی تیار نہیں ہے۔


بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق ننھی بچی کا والد کھلونے بیچتا ہے۔اور جب بچی کو اغوا کیا گیا تو وہ اپنے اہل خانہ کے ساتھ پورچ میں سو رہی تھی۔سی سی ٹی وی کیمروں میںدیکھا جا سکتا ہے کہ ایک آدمی بچی کو سائیکل پر اغوا کر کے لے کر جا رہا ہے۔سی سی ٹی وی میں یہ بھی دیکھا جا سکتا ہے کہ آدمی واپسی پر اکیلا تھا۔اس واقعے کے بعد علاقے کے لوگ شدید سراپا احتجاج ہیں اور انصاف کا مطالبہ کر رہے ہیں

She was not four years but 6 months old and her rapist is her own uncle.
