14 More F16 for PAF (Approved by US)

18 orderd and 14 more where are the optional 18 gone can any one tell what happend to them are we getting 18 orderd+18 opptional and then 14 mor or the numbers cut down to 14 in optional list from 18

We cannot upgrade them to block 52. They will be upgraded to block 40. All oldies will be upgraded. someone was saying it on geo 2 days ago. Turkey will upgrade our old F16

Sir last thng if u dun mind are the 150 numbers for fc-20 confirmed? or its just rumour and we will get just 36 of them

Secondly has Fc-20 prototype been flown/tested till to date or its still under wraps?PAF happy with its performance coz ex-ACM in one of his interview said that j-10's are not as advanced as f-16 c/d's mean i know he was talking about j-10 basic version but still what now with FC-20?

The First 36 FC-20's are the Initial Batch of the complete orders of 150 FC-20 and it has been reported in International media as well as Chinese media.

Mani i am not aware of anymoreTest flight of FC-20 (J-10A has gone through PAF Flight testing as i mentioned ) but i have been told that the plane has been evaluated and I also have been told that the program itself is Israeli Lavi sold by Israel to China and as you know the LAVI was an F-16 Derivative so it already had F-16 technology which was packed and sold to China.

FC 20 or J-10B is still under wraps and do not expect any precise information on them any time soon.

All i know is that J10B is superior in menovering to any F-16 Model but it requires a lot of Maintainance and its Electronics are not known as yet.

That is why i said good luck with finding its real cockpit pictures.

Block 15 will be given MLU M3 in Turkey which has most of the systems in used by block52 so they will be upgraded to that standard. USAF block 40s dont even use APG-68 V9 radars.

Mani the CFT's , Sniper Pods are the Standard Goodies with Block 52+ .

ohh come on....i have remembered the day when pak media was announcing that USA have reopened the sale of f16 to Pakistan and SHAIKH RASHID said "america will give us advance block52+,not simple block50/52"

now see what block52+ is....
look just behind the nose some short of countmeasuring device and notice the lights on air intake.

and this is simple block52...
there isnt any device behind nose and intake lights are not similar to block52+

there r some difference b/w these two versions.

so the new 14 aircrafts are blk 52 or 52+ lol its a hell of confusion
