I’m pretty sure China is paying them for their goods and there are 50,000 Chinese engineers working on projects in Africa without intervening politically and militarily. I say it's a nice change from the usual BS.

Not really...as you've said,the Chinese are even bringing their own workforce for their projects instead of creating jobs for the locals.They're sucking them dry but hypocrites will only blame "the West".

50,000 for Africa really doesn't seem that much and I’m pretty sure they have created plenty of jobs for the locals.(maybe Chinese members can help us on that) If not at least they haven’t given them "freedom" which includes killing thousands. The difference is China has never claimed to be progressive or care for Africans which the West does by their mouths and mouth's alone.

The things you listed aren't being perpetuated by a government in a systematic way effecting hundreds of millions every year.
