A man visiting Hainan posted the pic of his breakfast receipt at the hotel he was staying . He was charged 110 yuan($17.50) for a glass of milk. A shrimp dish costs 2,000 yuan at the same place.

Must have been a Cordon-Bleu restaurant, with 7 stars in Michelin. :)
No, it's the crazy inflation in China ruining ordinary people's lives, caused by fixed exchange rate.

The CCP knows China would instantly enter a Japanese-style low-growth phase while Chinese citizens are still poor if they stopped Yuan pegging, so the Chinese banks have no choice but hand out yuan in exchange for dollar bills at fixed rate, which increases currency circulation in China and causes inflation.

This is one specific case in a specific restaurant. Korean import almost all their food from china, is milk this expensive in Korea?

I don't know how you even find this stuff. Is there like another forum full of delusional Koreans or something going through random blogs to confirm their delusion?

You are a child. Hainan Island is a vacation destination.
No country measures inflation at a restaurant. Your Korean IQ is near retard levels now.

Hainan is China's Hawaii and during Chinese New Year, there're so many tourists so some restaurant owners got really greedy. This already made national news and some of these restaurants are forced to close for further investigation.

In general food in China are really cheap compared to developed countries. That's why you see so many Yankees and Aussies got drunk in major Chinese cities since beers are dirt cheap. (Even German beers) For less than $10 (per person) you can have a nice meal of Peking duck in private rooms in Beijing with drinks. Not many people drink milk in China so I am not sure about milk price though. China's per capital GDP is very low but I personally feel the actual city lives are almost on par with those in developed countries, especially compared to Tokyo and Seoul where food are so expensive. Because of this, China ranked the 2nd on average per capital meat consumption in Asia (only after meat eating Mongolia).
