Its Unfortunate, When A court of a secular state is giving sentenced against only muslims.. When the state ministry and police were involved in the murder of hundreds of citizens specifically muslims ,That furious genocide was more then enough to punish local muslims.. But Unfortunatly their is no speaker no voice in india to speak for a common muslim indian citizen exclude muslims even other indian minorities are facing threats from Radical hindu exterimist but not a single person ,not a single Hindu citizen has sentenced to death ... ... Its a single sided decision, and minority has been targeted by indian court.

Funny thing why every Jain, Sikh and Buddhist vote BJP.
Even Christians are now voting BJP as seen in Goa elections.

do you knwo english or not, what is meaning of conviction and sentencing. both are the same. the punishment varies based on the degree of involvement.

what is your agenda man, I am not saying Muslims deserve higher punishment, its the people who instigated the Riot by buring 57 kar sevaks alive who were responsible for the post godhra riot and the susequent loss of life and property. So based on that account the Court has decided to award death penality to the people who burnt the train.
There is no descrimination against any community in the Judicial system and no organization/individual in INDIA can comment or influence the proceedings of the Indian Judiciary.
Personaly I am against the death penality as a whole. if one is awarded death he has a easy exit not realizing the guilt he did. he needs to be put in jail for life in solitary confinment so that lonlyness kills the deamon inside him/her

Best Bakery case is related to Gujarat riots.India have a huge portion of population and Media who cares about victims of Gujarat riot, and a Pakistani you should care about justice for Muslim Victims in your own country instead of caring about foreigners in India.(I can list them but I will get infractions).
