There is no difference when a innocent life is taken , planned or unplanned. This is all terrorism. And if you differentiate between them, you need to get your head checked.

Maybe you do, but this is India's internal matter. We have something called the Indian Penal Code, it is the law of the land. We judge criminals based on that, not emotions.
