Actually this is true.

When I was a kid, I went to my Sikh friends house and his mom cooked roti which was 1/2 the size of the roti my mom cooks.

Later I went to other sikh friends homes and it was the same deal.

plus indians ignore beef

no south asian beef cuisine is indian cuisine

the chicken and beef cuisine is pakistan

veggie cuisine is indian

and fish cuisine is bengali
