Since PAF is looking for some new platforms. I think evaluating tejas is not a bad thing. It comes with all the technology that is known to mankind. I don't think Indians will mind if we can give them warranty that PAF won't be using them against India but against terror.

Look i am not saying that we have to actually buy the aircraft or maybe order 2 or 3 just for the sake of it.
Pakistan should send a formal proposal for evaluation and acqusition of 3 tejas. It will be a win win situation for Pakistan. If Indians deny it then Pakistan get to say that look we want good relations Indian denied it and let Indian's answer why. If the accept the proposal just to double cross Pakistan by accepting it then commitment for 3 aircraft is not bad either. We can use that as a trophy in our museum 50 years from now unlike Indians using their own aircraft and paint it to look like PAF fighter.
India cant play this trick on Pakistan because in their head they think Pakistan as a 3rd world so their ego's will never let them play this card. PS if Indians try it for JF Pakistan can accept and have Chinese deny it and Pakistan still get to be the good guy. This little bit of thinking can give India a bit extra workload to make Pakistan look bad.
It can also help in easing the way for Russians to save the face in regards to SU35's. If Indians start complaing to Russians then Russians will say that Pakistani's asked you for jets you didn't give em so we are willing.
Maybe someone should add it up on PM's speech to UN. Right after mentioning resolving Kashmir issue, while stressing on better relations with India and in example's he can say a line like
"Pakistan is also looking to cooperate with India in technology and defense. Recently a proposal was put forth for evaluating and acquiring some air platforms for our ongoing war on terror. We will send this proposal very soon and hope that this will start up some trust building between both countries. And we hope that we get a positive response from our Indian counterparts."

Urdu copy definately required unless the computer system is in easy to understand Urdu. We are not so fortune to be able to read or understand vedas language.

We Indians will strongly support PSF for PAF. And we will not troll you by sanctioning the aid in last moment like Amrikans.
