I hope you dont mind me asking as I am not aware of what role had Zia played in our relations with Iraq. Except for the Iraqi involvement with his murder. Just a question. Please disregard if you only ment his murder was the only connection.

before making any close ties with this country and specially defense one should always remember that it was not only israel-indian axix involved in zia's plane crash
but in fact iragi agency itself also played a very important role in this incident

How the defense cooperation and oil import from Iraq will ruin everything, there is a new iraqi government and and Pakistan need to expand it's defense relations with more countries around the globe. I think iraq will be a good export market.

I mean why would we attach military co-operation with discounted oil????
