What's new

Fakhri Pasha "The Defender of Madina"

What were you expecting while arguing with an overly nationalist subject of a country which treats woman like animals, which has no achivement or contribution whatsoever to humanity other than having natural resources, introducing suicide bombings and retarded taboos.

I told you not try to reason with the Arap.

Nice to know about that Mongol. We are all grateful for the many influential Turkic civilizations that gave the world so much and the number of ancient Turkic scholars poets, scientists etc. I mean they are in abundance compared to the Arabs, Persians and other people. Let alone Semitic and Indo-Iranian people which equals Turkic people.

Likewise I am astonished about the level of ancient Turkic civilizations that left so many traces in this world compared to the Semitic and Indo-Iranian ones. Just visit Kazakhstan and Mongolia. Look at all their World UNESCO Heritage sites and ancient towns they built.

It's like visiting the ancient Middle East.

Maybe you can help me with providing sources of a supposed genetic affinity between Korean/Japanese people that your compatriot seem desperate to find a connection to. Because nobody has heard about such a connection.

Oh, learn basic English. Your English is horrible.

Your secular hero Ataturk must have introduced English in schools since he was very fond of Western culture.

Ok. Interesting. Please find me an genetic test or more that proves a genetic connection/affinity between Japanese/Korean people and Turks. Because I have never heard about such a connection or seen evidence that shows such a thing. Your compatriot made such a claim and I am interested to know where he has it from. That's all. He seems very reluctant to show us his sources and "proofs". The more secretive he is the more interesting it gets.

What's that supposed to me? "Reply-edits"? Whatever it is I am very happy to have made you happy.

If I claimed that Mongols and Arabs were related but was unable to provide sources (genetic) that proves this people would question that claim and want answers or at least a clarification.

I don't think you have the time to read this, since you are a student (right?):
How to prove genetic relationships among languages: the cases of Japanese and Korean | Claudia A. Ciancaglini - Academia.edu
But I guess it's a start, I haven't read it myself but it looks interesting.

The only help i can give you is putting you back to your place like this.

By the way, is the word Mongol supposed to offend me? If you really want to offend Turks, you should call us Araps :)

Genetic affinity. An ancestral connection. Not a supposed language connection.

Where is Turkish there? It says Japanese and Korean. They might indeed be related. The people too. But Turks? Doubt so. No sources show this supposed connection.

No but it does say things about possible Altaic connections.

Yes, once again. "Possible" is the keyword here. Also it is about a LINGUISTIC connection.

I am asking for a genetic connection.

Nigerians speak English as their first language just like British people. Does that mean anything in terms of genetics, race, culture etc.? No, nothing.

I am interested in the supposed genetic affinity that your compatriots claim but seem to have a HUGE problem providing sources for. Genetic ones.

It's been an hour now. I have to study.

I personally don't think those sources are readily available anyway,
If you would take a look at the link I provided and went to the conclusion it would explain why.

Can i ask everyone here.....

What is the point of if Turks are related with Koreans or Japanese ?

You are all arguing about this map.

mongol-empire-jpg.18381

And this is map is the result of Mongol-Turkic people. Japanese or Korean contribution is zero......

But it is solely about a supposed/proposed linguistic connection. A small one. For instance no Japanese speaker would understand a word of Turkish and vice versa.

Also linguistics is one thing and genetic, culture, common history etc. is another thing altogether. We are both writing English here and using English in our daily life. Does that make us English? Obviously not.

Today in the year 2014 genetic tests are common and have been made among all people. Even the most remote people have been tested genetically. That's been done to understand the human history, migration patterns, the culture, history of certain peoples, how languages spread etc.

Yet there are countless of genetic tests done on not only Japanese, Korean etc. people but also Turks. In none of those tests is a genetic relation visible between those 3 people.

Japanese and Koreans also have completely different histories, culture, language, religion, geographic location etc.

What are you studying? Have you stuided on what would happen to your kind without the natural resources, yet?

Chemical engineering but I am sure that this field is way too complicated for you when you struggle with basic English.

Yes, the same thing that happened before it. Might read about history a little. You know all those World UNESCO Heritage sites, ancient cities that are still standing today thousands of years after, contributions, empires, ancient civilizations, wealth, influence, spread of culture, language, religion etc.

All while your supposed people were still on the Central Asian Steppe where they left nothing of worth. At least nothing that we common people know about.

Unless you can educate us about any ancient Turkic civilizations that left a lot of heritage and influenced the world a great deal.

Mentioning an ancient Turkic city still standing somewhere in Central Asia would be a good start.

For instance it seems that you take great pride in the Mongols who were not Turkic but known worldwide as barbarians that left nothing of worth in terms of civilizations and human contributions. Whenever they went destruction followed. That's the legacy you apparently hail.

To my ancient semitic troll. Any of the
Altaic languages in question are notably
more similar to one another than modern
Greek appears to Swedish, yet Greek and
Swedish are accepted as being part of the
same genetic Indo-European family;
therefore it should not be so unreasonable
to postulate the certainty of an Altaic
language family. And don't tell genetics, language affinity is a sign of genetic kinship. Europeans concluded that Hittites are indo-europeans because of one word "watar" which means water. Same is for you. You (actually not you but more like iraqis and syrians) are descendants of amorites and moabites and all that semitics and this is established through language. Modern arabic being grand-grand child of akkadian. Japanese practice shinto which is very similar to shamanism of turkics and mongols and tungus people. Lastly, read for you: linguistics.byu.edu/classes/ling450ch/reports/korean.language family.

It is a shame really, all you Bedouins are being called Arabs. It makes many generelizations unjust really. Though, we don't need to go that back. Despite all the resources at your disposal, look at you now... You are a proud subject of a primitive regime with primitive rules, taboos, and way of life.
