US engines? they dont make 700+hp or even 1000-1200 hp engines... if not russian .. than probably Ukraine?

I think FCS,communication systems.. optics...?

I assumed US since we buy US engines for our MRAPs too
Azerbaijan wasn't happy with Ukrainian engines when they were used in Firtina for trials
so I doubt they would be used in the upgrade

DSX ships are in better condition than the navy , and I believe that's what the guy was looking for anyway

I'm pretty sure that Navy ships has been repaired. And the ships possessed by Navy and DSX belong to different type and classes. However, there is hardly any material on navy.
