Unless the name was registered in China by APPLE Group of USA , there is no legal right for anything

A Business can exist in USA with name "crazyman" , and a company can exist in India called "crazyman"

The only thing that matters is trademark - only if that is registered for each country where you intend to enforce that name brand

Similarly "Apple Store" is not same business name as "Apple" these are clearly two different business names , in different countries of world

Anyshop can sell apple products as long as they have a dealership contract with Apple of USA

A) making your own stuff but calling your company as apple
B) copying apple's design, software, intellectual property and calling yourself apple! That is impersonation and its a crime!

My country is not accused of disregarding international intellectual property rights and mass producing cheap copied crap just to profit. Take the time off to develop your own products and respect the efforts and hard work of others who make their own. Until then, everything which has a "made in China" label will remain a joke
