Senior member of Pakistani group 'Zainebiyoun Brigade' fighting in Syria, Iraq arrested

Why isn't this recruitment to terror organisations in general regarded as people trafficking or modern slavery? People are being brainwashed into fighting Iran's wars even though they are committing a crime in so doing and would rightly be arrested on return to Pakistan.
Oh bhai, we have people joining TTP/JuA/Daesh to massacre Pakistanis at home - in mosques, markets, hotels. Compared to that, joining an organization to fight abroad probably seems less of a 'crime' to these people. Many of them might be justifying it by thinking 'I'm not fighting the Pakistani State or killing Pakistanis'.

You can't draw parallels between Pakistanis fighting against the Soviets in Afghanistan and these cases of daesh or Iranian proxies because support for the anti-Soviet forces was a state policy in Pakistan. We fought the Soviets as it was in our own national interests. Any Pakistani who fought in that conflict was a patriot.

The ones who run off to fight for daesh or irgc are traitors.
I'm making a general point about people fighting in proxy wars - they're not automatically all war criminals and rapists.

Probably connected to Sindh government in one way or another.

Iraq should approach the Pakistani government in bringing these people to justice on the streets of Baghdad.

So did you finally come up with a politically correct term for these individuals?

Militants
or
Terrorists
or
Mercenaries

Please do tell as to what is the accepted term in PDF.

Depends on their actions - if innocent civilians/non-combatants are deliberately targeted, then they are terrorists in my book.

So you are ready to provide them the doubt of collateral damage?

I see you have been talking in this thread about recruitment. Any link to recruitment material used by Iran?

As far as economy of it is concerned, Iran only invests the religious tax back into Pakistan which it collects in Pakistan. It is a self sustaining economy.

The TTP, JuA, AQ, ISIS have all openly claimed attacks on civilians/non-combatants. That is a starting point.

I've never seen Iranian recruitment material. I did link to an analysis of Iranian recruitment in a different thread.

For a militant/terrorist/mercenary there is no such thing as civilian/non combatant or territorial integrity of sovereign countries.

I have never seen any material myself either. Maybe Turkish people can help with it as they are now being targeted by this brigade in Syria.

So according to you, the Mujahideen were terrorists, the Kashmiri freedom fighters are terrorists, the Palestinian freedom fighters are terrorist & all those fighting against Assad’s regime are terrorists?

Freedom Fighters usually fight for their own country. Kashmir is a disputed territory between India and Pakistan.
Palestine is occupied territory by the bastard child of the West.

Can you please tell what freedom fighting is being done by Zainabyoons who are killing Turkish soldiers now? What is the political ideology of this freedom fight 3000km away from Pakistani soil by Pakistanis

look at the comments- our people love to die and be used by foreign entities - I blame retardation of society through inbreeding

before you go rant about Iran,
our Saudi funded ideology/ Militia is (also was historically) much much powerful where state ignore this cancer on purpose some might say...
don't be stupid and get into semantics - look at societal problem and constructive ways we can fix

Saudi used it, US used it, India used it, Iran used it, some other country would use it some other day
