Excellent survey. Its important for everyone to know women are harassed in full Parda too.

Women get harrased globally.
Men are to blame totally but modest dress is important

This modesty thing is just an excuse for Men to get away with harassment. I have seen, I have been told many girls( even under age) in hijab/burqa been harrased even molested. So this argument is shit.

Modesty is a requirement for all adult Muslims as stated in the Quran and Sunnah. Modesty applies to behaviour and dress. What is required for Modesty varies in different social settings.

Those opposed to the Islamic concept of modesty should oppose it in them selves and thier own homes.
If anyone wants to know if women get harassed in the street, ask your sisters, mothers, daughters, wives, co-workers, even your fellow students.

I feel much more comfortable going out shopping with the women of my family in the UK than I do in Mirpur. There is this constant staring, no matter how anyone is dressed.

Women get harassed in the UK too, but it's not as blatent most of the time. Every woman will tell you of incidents.

My neighbour was flashed at a few years ago (someone exposed himself) as she was coming back from the doctors in Broad daylight on a quiet street.

My sister had a drunk shout abuse at her during the day in the city centre. She was shopping at the time.

My friend and I were going to the gym and we noticed a young guy talking to his sister and following her. We pulled over and told him to fk off.

Yes, blame Islamic modesty for it. Superficial Pakistani Muzzzlims will blame everything and everybody but themselves.

Girls also complain about being molested in those atheist and communist cesspools called Pakistani „universities“. What is the reason for that happening there? I thought Pakistani „universities“ are filled with enlightened people?
