Nigeria, ongoing, 3 with the possibility of additional upto 40. With Nigeria it is always financial availability.

Sri Lanka showed keen interest but pulled back due to politics. Relationship is strong and Pakistan should continue to persue this
Azerbaijan is too early to say anything. relationship is strong even though Indian media is claiming that a deal is imminent.
Argentina, like Nigeria has financial difficulties and has had discussions with Pakistan. Once again too early to say anything.
Iran is not interested. Looking for Russian MiG 35 or Chinese J10, upto 100 is their requirement but sanctions are a hurdle. Russia wants cash and China probably will offer a loan as it goes to sign a 25 year strategic partnership.
Everything else is SM chattering.
