How CIA is tracking Pakistan Nuke Site Locations

WTF situation ....I am convinced since our top brass is too conventional ...they must be using those Bell Choppers even now to be more cozy and quick ....even though SPD has excellent resources and latest vehicles with tinted glasses. Even ISI guys are jealous at time of their resources and the ultimate authority that the SPD enjoys....I wonder when Pakistan is going to stop buying stuff from the market...like bruh....fine don't make a stealth chopper but at least try to make a utility one by your own....if you can master nuclear tech...why not start manufacturing choppers just like you guys have done the Mashaq experience...but nai ...fly to US on government expense ...ask for your cut and buy the bugged and compromised :hitwall:products ....

The SPD very clearly understands that they cannot outrun the US with their sharp eyes and ears. In this decade, the resolution of US satellites is so high, coupled with other sensing equipment, its difficult to save every bit of information from them. For example, the US satellites can pick up extremely small amounts of Nitrogen gas, coming out of some military sites which indicates presence of ballistic missiles. There are hundreds of other techniques which can give away location of sensitive equipment.

Once an equipment relating to nuclear weapons is identified, it gets difficult to hide it by running with it all over Pakistan.

Additionally, Pakistan relies a lot on Europe and America for advance equipment for sensing and testing which can further raise alarms.

SPD has realized that there must be a balance between hiding from USA and taking benefit from their equipment at the same time.

At the moment, it is believed that the US intelligence agencies are tracking about 80% of the Pakistani nukes. This is still a win for Pakistan as US might not know every thing after all.

Things are easy at the moment because Pakistan is not looking to nuke US allies, and military bases in the region, but if Pakistan decides to do that in the future, Pakistan will desperately seek to hide from US. The future for Pakistan in this case will be making 600-1000 nukes with better hiding tactics with constant circulation of warheads.

As we dont fear US decapitating Pakistan with a first strike to neutralize all nuclear weapons, at this moment, I think we are doing okay even if 95% of our warheads are being tracked.

PAKISTAN has an excellent missile and nuclear program. CIA May have inroads into SPD, PAEC and PMO and other strategic organisations for HUMINT but mainly at lower levels. Thanks to information compartimentization most mobile site locations for Pakistan nuclear missile launch sites remain classified.

BUT there is one clear and present danger that may have been ignored by SPD and that could reveal all combinations of the sensitive locations chess board of hot missile locations.

Few years back, all SPD missile site managers and techs used to travel by road to nearly 150 Strategic missile locations country wide to do quality checks and to keep these sites operationally ready. Such road trips were always hard to track through regular intel channels used by foreign agencies. Hence there was a huge question mark on the locations of these sites and how frequently they are shuffled.

Than came the BELL 412 HELICOPTERS supplied to SPD by the Americans. Most of you may have seen these helicopters (brown with golden lining) at various places. The deal was done directly with SPD by the Bell Company and even the local long time Bell agent was kept out of the procurement loop. A total of 30 helicopters were supplied at very low prices.

These helicopters are regularly used by SPD and others now to shuffle the same site management teams to and fro. Surely it saves a lot of time that was previously used to be spent on road trips made for the same purpose.

What the planners may or may not know that CIA has a tracking system installed in each helicopter that draws a line at some screen in Langley every time the helicopter takes off from its base to the nuke site. Over a period of time a complete comprehensive picture emerges of the strategic placement and timing of shuffling of sites based on the tracking algorithms used to draw a picture. Since mathematically speaking there are limited number of combinations SPD can have to shuffle the sites, these helicopter that have been in use since the 2000 may have revealed the full deployment map of Pakistan deterrence to US intelligence.

Once I did point the same out many years ago while the helicopter procurement process was going on at SPD of this threat, but seemingly it fell on deaf ears.

I am not aware of what the situation is at SPD regarding this gaffe but every time I see the brown Bell 412 flying I am reminded of this threat.

Wanted to share this here after a long time so that ears and eyes that be are awakened and the matter looked into albeit much late.

decades of co-operation from our haji sahibs, and uncle sam --

not much is a secret in pakistan any more

more decisions are made and implemented from uncle sam- to haji sahib-----

we r no threat to the shaitan anymore.

we r more threat to ourselfs now.

like the monkey who eat too much of choklate?????

30 helicopters are not used for VVIP transport that is for sure. These are still in use today by SPD for inter sites travel

Look at this analysis from a different perspective.

If US / MOSSAD / RAW knew about these sites, we would have had a war after 27th Feb 2019. Because, at the moment, these are the real backbone of Pakistan defence (Navy and Air force can be countered in a longer battle).

So! I don't think US has a know how .... even if they do, it is limited to a very small percentage.

Pakistan is a very big country and there are lots of places to work from.

Remeber! the famous the Ojri camp was right in the heart of Pindi.
Who knows...........

So the premier agency tasked with safeguarding Pakistan's nukes would not inspect these helicopters upon receipt?
Yawn!

How difficult it is to buy a Pakistani? And the one in position of authority. An offer of a green car, free education for children in top American university, a full settlement of family post retirement in any American city with fully paid for house. All of these lures cost between 200k to million dollar max. This is peanuts for a country that spends more money on defence than all countries put together.

And you were creating conspiracy theories about use of helicopters!

 OK so you know our Nuke location big deal

Anyone comes close to Pakistan get their asses blown up

Your concerns are right, however technicians and scientists do not travel by air and majority of them have devoted their lives for either protection or development of our assets, hence majority of them live in on site accommodations.

As long as location of these strategic sites are concerned, our own Army Chief doesn't know about them. But that's not important what important is that whether or not do we actually have strategic sites? That's the biggest questions mark for the International Intelligence agencies.

Pakistan has a very unique protective strategy for it's nuclear assets. Several years right after when 9/11 happened and when CIA, Mossad, Raw agents were freely roaming around Pakistan in search of these strategic sites in which majority of them got the taste of our retaliation, people argued that the reason of Intelligence failure was that Pakistan was mobilizing these assets around Pakistan in local trucks quite frequently or in many cases 24/7. Now this argument could be placed well in a high proportions of acceptance, however still the questions arises that how is it possible that Pakistan's SPD could arrange such a massive fleet on it's own without being traced out?

In conclusion I would say that no matter how Powerful any Country's intelligence can be, they simply cannot and will not crack out the code of secrecy that our strategic forces has. And the reason for that is we planned everything with the thoughts of deterrence in mind. We studied countless scenarios like the attack on Iraq's Nuclear site etc. and we knew that the whole hell will lose out once we go ahead with the nuclear test.

it is CIA another hype on public media about Pakistan Nuke. We all know it is in iron hands, security measures about our nuke designed as per 11 spy agencies actively operating in Pakistan. It is just like a bogey caught by CIA.

Rest assured that responsible people are not sleeping.

When operations in Waziristan started, one of my cousins was deployed there and used to call me from a sat phone almost daily.
According to him, those phones were supplied by US so Pakistani operatives could stay in touch with each other:crazy:
But they were only using those phones for gupshup because they knew that someone else:usflag: was dropping in on those calls as well.
If our intelligence was this careful, i am sure they must already have thought about these issues as well

Any attempt to get them 30 miles within each other will warrant US military action.
It's cute to see how Indians are still deluding themselves after getting slapped around by both China and Pakistan. Big daddy didn't come to rescue when we used F-16 to plough his daughter he won't come when we decide to take it a step further.
Hardly any indian missile is operational except Brahmouse which is a copy of Soviet Era yakhont, this is the reason modi was forced to back off and lick his wound in Feb 19 when we threatened india with retaliatory missile strikes.
As much as you wish the yanks aren't coming to save you,and using 2 US flags is hardly going to help anyone here. Have some pride and put on your real flag. India maybe a God forsaken shithole but it doesn't mean you get to hide behind foreign flags

Actually, the US knows exactly where Pakistan's nukes -- fixed and mobile -- are. They just can't do anything about it.
About to say the same thing. We are not Russia or China who can successfully hide their nuclear assets from American spy satellites. We are a third world country with budget issues. We buy American helicopters to visit our nuclear sites. How ironic.
