Well After analysis I have decided that I must marrying a Canadian Muslim girl & emigrate to Canada.

For this I am using social media.

After Emigration I would doing job or small business as per situation.

It will preserved my Nationality but I can also got dual nationality & wife with one initiative. [emoji725]

I am doing business in Pakistan along I am considering to join real estate business in next phase.

Age 33 Never married having MSc degree (Attested by Pakistan foreign office)

I want a loving/ caring wife. Because I don't want to waste my life in disputes. By having a Canadian nationality I can get support in

Relocation & Housing. Which is very clear.

I am hard working person with my life.

In Pakistan I have a lot of things to control but when I easily settled in Canada. I can handle difficult things if occurred in any stage through my lawyer.

I required good family having some religious mindset.

So as per my analysis I can earn more there so therefore settled happily.

I need both wife & Visa.

Well I get your point dear.

I have no debt here. I can earning but problem is I can save & facilitate my next generation.

In Pakistan Might Is Right theory is working in almost every where.

I am thinking to start real estate business, for this I can sold one property of 48 lac.

I have another business either.
I regularly paid my tax.
There is no criminal activity at all, yes I have done some silent Justice while stayed with ISI.

But I have not done a single crime exempt violation of traffic rules neither I get Money though hook & crook.

I think Canada is good country for dignity of humans, as compare to Pakistan wheares a student working day & night & get top position but overthrown by commission: our main agencies are worth less to regulate the law even having a proofs in hands & wasting my 5 years for the sake of politicians & for not taking bribe.

So I can join any small scale business or good job in Canada along with supporting my family in Pakistan.

so what i heared was true for limited areas ? i think another way what is the benefit of living in Canada or USA if you are doing hard to just be alive there ? for me sitting in a nice villa is Pakistan enjoying time with friends and family getting rent from our properties and enjoying personal library with sips of whiskey evening is better then working as worker in canda in shifts . am i wrong here ?

Depends on how seriously you follow rules & regulation & using your intelligence.

For growth you need strong foundation.

How mucb experience do i need after MBA to get the visa ?

Dear as per my info an 19 grade retired officer in Pakistan working there as a truck driver.
Good thing is as you have good salery even having a low grade work, that's I said they have human dignity.

You can get study visa easily then trying to get a job. If you have not engaged with any girl then you can think to marrying a Pakistani diaspora community girl there.
Principal is be serious & loyal towards your wife & having a good family you become successful.

یوں تو میری اور آپ کی ایسی بے تکلفی نہیں کہ آپ کو خط لکھوں مگر کینیڈین ہونے کے ناتے مجھے یہ پتہ ہے کہ آپ ایسی بے تکلفی پر برا بھی نہیں مناتے۔ میں نے سوچا کہ اس بار کینیڈا ڈے اس طرح مناؤں کہ آپ کو ایک کھلا خط لکھ دوں۔ اس طرح کے خط کے کئی فائدے ہیں۔ یہ خط آپ پڑھیں نہ پڑھیں ، میرے ہزاروں قارئین پڑھ لیں گے۔ اس خط میں صرف میری باتیں نہیں ہیں بلکہ ہماری پوری کمیونٹی کی اجتماعی کیفیت کی عکاسی ہے۔ مجھے پتہ ہے کہ آپ کو اردو نہیں آتی مگر یہ بھی معلوم ہے کہ اس خط کا انگریزی ترجمہ آپ تک ضرور پہنچے گا۔

دراصل مجھے آپ کی شخصیت سے پیار ہے۔ آپ کا 40سالہ بے داغ کیریر مجھے ہر لمحہ آپ کی جانب متوجہ رکھتا ہے۔ آپ نے اس عرصے میں کئی چونکا دینے والے اہم فیصلے کیے۔ آپ کا آخری اہم فیصلہ عراق کے خلاف جنگ میں امریکہ کا ساتھ نہ دینا تھا۔ اس فیصلے سے کینیڈا کا اخلاقی اور اصولی کر دار دنیا کے سامنے ابھر کر سامنے آیا۔ اسی طرح کے فیصلے قوموں کا وقار بلند کرتے ہیں۔ کینیڈا مجھے اسی لئے اچھا لگتا ہے کہ یہ ایک ’’منی ورلڈ ‘‘ ہے۔ آپ نے دنیا بھر کے اقوام کے ’’خاص ‘‘ افراد کو اپنے ملک میں جگہ دی ہے اور انہیں ’’کینیڈین سٹیزن‘‘ کا درجہ دیا ہے ان ہی اقوام میں ایک ’’پاکستانی کمیونٹی‘‘ بھی ہے جو کثیر تعداد میں یہاں آباد ہے اور نہایت جانفشانی اور محنت سے کینیڈا کی خدمت کر رہی ہے۔

ڈئیر جان! کیا کبھی آپ نے سوچا کہ آپ کی امیگریشن پالیسی اور اسٹیٹ پالیسی میں کتنا تضاد ہے ؟ جب آپ دنیا بھر سے ’’خاص الخاص‘‘ لوگ امیگریشن کے لئے چنتے ہیں تو آپ کس معیار کے ساتھ یہ انتخاب کرتے ہیں ؟ اور جب یہ ’’چنیدہ‘‘ شخصیات کینیڈا آ جاتی ہیں تو ان کی تعلیمی قابلیت ، پروفیشنل مہارت اور تجربے کا یہاں کس طرح استحصال ہوتا ہے ؟ آپ خود ہی جس تعلیمی قابلیت اور پروفیشنل تجربے کو معیار مان کر انہیں کینیڈین سٹیزن بننے کا موقع فراہم کرتے ہیں اسی قابلیت کے ساتھ کینیڈا میں کیا سلوک ہوتا ہے ؟


اب یہ باتیں ڈھکی چھپی نہیں ہیں کیوں کہ دنیا بھر کے قابل ترین افراد ’’کینیڈین سسٹم ‘‘ میں جس طرح کی زندگی گزار رہے ہیں۔ اس کا علم آپ جیسے وزیر اعظم سمیت ہر پارلیمانی ممبر کو ہے۔ دنیا بھر کے انجینئرز ، اساتذہ ، ڈاکٹرز ، ایم بی اے ، صحافی اور دیگر اعلیٰ مہارت کے حامل ہنر مند کینیڈا میں ’’لیبر جاب‘‘ پر گزار ہ کر رہے ہیں۔


ایسے لوگوں کی حیثیت اب ’’ بے پیندے کے لوٹے ‘‘ جیسی ہے۔ وہ واپس اپنے ملک جا سکتے ہیں نہ یہاں اپنی اہلیت کے مطابق روزگار حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔ دنیا کے کسی بھی ملک کا باسی جب کینیڈین امیگریشن حاصل کرتا ہے تو وہ اپنی جاب پر لات مار کر اور اپنے جملہ اثاثے سمیت کینیڈا آتا ہے جہاں آپ کا سسٹم اس کی زندگی بھر کی کمائی سے تو استفادہ کر لیتا ہے مگر اس کی زندگی بھر کے پروفیشنل تجربے کا کوئی صلہ نہیں دیتا۔ یہ اس کی ذات اور ہنر مندی کی توہین ہے۔ وہ بقیہ ساری زندگی سسکتا اور کڑھتا رہتا ہے۔

ہم کینیڈا آنے کا فیصلہ اپنے اور بچوں کے بہتر مستقبل کے لیے کرتے ہیں مگر آپ کا سسٹم ہمیں ابتدائی سالوں میں ہی ذہنی اور جسمانی طور پر علیل کر دیتا ہے۔ ہمیں معلوم ہے کہ لاکھوں پاکستانی ہنر مند یہاں سسک سسک کر زندگی گزار رہے ہیں۔ ان کی کمزوری یہ ہے کہ انہوں نے آج تک اپنی اجتماعی آواز بلند نہیں کی ، مل جل کر ، ایک آواز ہو کر آپ کے ایوانوں کے سامنے شور نہیں مچایا مگر اس کے باوجود سارے حالات کا علم آپ کو ہے۔ آپ ہمارے تجربے اور مہارت سے فائدہ کیوں نہیں اٹھاتے ؟ ہماری پروفیشنل ڈگریوں اور تجربے کا احترام کیوں نہیں کرتے ؟ آپ فیصلہ کرنے کی مہارت رکھتے ہیں۔ آپ کے پاس ابھی چند ماہ باقی ہیں ، آپ جاتے جاتے ہم جیسے لاکھوں امیگرنٹس کے احترام کا بھی کوئی قانون لاگو کر جائیے۔‘‘ بل پاس ہونے کی نوید ہم کئی سالوں سے سن رہے ہیں ، اسے عملی طور پربھی نافذ کرنے کا بھی اہتمام کیجئے۔

میں اپنے اس کالم میں ہمیشہ ہنسنے مسکرانے کی کوشش کرتا ہوں۔ اپنے لوگوں کا مورال بلند رکھنے اور انہیں کینیڈا میں پرسکون زندگی گزارنے کی تلقین کرتا ہوں مگر ایسا کب تک ہو گا؟ ہم سب کب تک اپنے زخموں پر پھایا رکھے مصنوعی مسکراہٹ کے ساتھ زندگی گزارتے رہیں گے ؟ آپ چاہیں تو ہمارے یہ مسائل منٹوں میں حل ہو سکتے ہیں۔ آسٹریلیا کی مثال ہمارے سامنے ہے کہ وہ اپنے امیگرنٹس کی پروفیشنل صلاحیتوں سے کس طرح فائدہ اٹھا رہا ہے۔ آپ کا ایک فیصلہ کینیڈا کی تقدیر بدل سکتا ہے۔ یہ انسانی حقوق کی بھی بات ہے۔ غور کیجئے اور جلد سے جلد قدم اٹھائیے تاکہ ’’نیا کینیڈا ڈے ‘‘ میں خط لکھ کر نہیں ، اپنی کار پر کینیڈا کا جھنڈا لگا کر ٹورانٹو کی سڑکوں پر گھومتے پھرتے مناؤں۔

ویسے اس خبر سے پہلے ہم بھی یہ سمجھتے تھے کہ بلیک مارکیٹنگ صرف پاکستان میں ہوتی ہے مگر مقامی انگریزی اخبار کے اس انکشاف نے ہمیں خواب خرگوش سے جگا دیا ہے۔ ہمیں حیرت ہے کہ جن پاکستانیوں کو کینیڈین جاب مارکیٹ میں صرف ۸ ڈالر فی گھنٹہ سے زیادہ کی نوکری نہیں ملتی جن کے ماسٹر اور پی ایچ ڈی کی ڈگریوں کو یہاں کوئی گھاس نہیں ڈالتا ، انہی کے پاسپورٹ کی اتنی قیمت ہے۔ کاغذ کے چند ٹکڑے جو انسانوں کے مرہون منت ہیں انہیں انسان پر اتنی سبقت حاصل ہو جائے گی ، یہ تو ہم نے کبھی سوچا نہ تھا۔ اب تک تو ہم نوٹوں کو سلام کرتے آئے تھے ، کل سے کینیڈین پاسپورٹ کو بھی سیلوٹ کیا کریں گے۔ فجے میاں کا حساب کتاب بھی اب درست محسوس ہو رہا ہے۔ تھکا دینے والے تین سالوں کا صلہ اگر پاسپورٹ بیچ کر مل سکتا ہے تو یونہی سہی وگرنہ کینیڈین حکومت کو سوچنا چاہیئے کہ وہ ایمگرینٹس کو کیا دے رہی ہے ؟ ویلفیئر کی بھیک ؟ اس سے بہتر ہے کہ وہ عارضی مدت کی جاب کا انتظام کرے ، جہاں ابتدائی دنوں کی زندگی گذارنے کے لیے ایک معقول وظیفہ بھی ہو اور جاب مارکیٹ کے لیے تیاری کا موقع بھی۔ ورنہ اعلیٰ تعلیم یافتہ ایمگرینٹس بھی بلیک مارکیٹ میں کینیڈین پاسپورٹ بیچنے پر مجبور ہو گئے تو اس کی ذمہ داری صرف اور صرف حکومت کینیڈا پر ہو گی۔
