There are no "status" in a temple, Its an Deity. Installed there by a Pranaprathista Pooja which attempts to capture the life force of the God into the Deity.

The Deity is worshipped by the Tantri as per charya pada and by the practice of Yoga pada involving aasana, praanayaama, atma-nikshepa and Dhyana and by using Mantras. The Tantri becomes the intermediary between you and god as a facilitator. The Tantri uses his own yoga to help you reach god.

For someone who do no even understand Hinduism, its foolish to pretend to understand islam and try to colour it with your biases and prejudices.

If you want a place of worship where EVERYONE is welcome, BUILD YOU OWN ....... This is not communism where what is MINE becomes Yours.

That's what I am saying, just like in Uni, no food no alcohol is allowed, this temple follows similar ideologies of a perfect learning place, like shakti peeth to attain high knowledge. Where as mecca is not a place of learning it is pure for worship, hence all should be allowed.

"jana gana mana"... did anyone ask the muslims/christians/sikhs/parsis/socialists whether they are comfortable with this sanskrit proto-religious song and which does not even mention their existence and contributions... this is dictatorship.
