yes i read the title and article and still fail to see even why is pakistan who has no role what goes between two nation of bangladesh and india, pakistan is dragged in??

There is a very strong reason to believe that the ISI through its supporters in the non AL type parties in BD will use this route for transfer of funds and other nefarious activities.
