Afridi's a business man ... come shake my firm hand buddy and let by gones be by gones ...

And I think he is right !!!!!

He is a professional cricketer and there is no room for racism to deny Pakistani public a chance to see our cricketers in best cricketing events

Politicians have no problem in working deals in india so why is only our cricket being used as a political tool

I think racism has no room in world and this is racism by ICC and BCCI to initially use Pakistani cricketers to get sponsors and when the business moved and became sustainable by revenue they kicked out Pakistani players

A little wide sweeping use of the world racism. Isnt it..?? Not choosing people from a particular country because of our worsened relationship with that country is not racism tbh. Arent the visa rules in India and Pak different for each others' nationals than they are for other countries..??

so dude if according to you we cannot control pakistani terrorists killing pakistani innocent peoples and then you go blame pakistan if these terrorists killed peoples in india. Do you see the logical flaw in ur argument? Terrosrists kill peoples irrespective of their religon or nationality so i dont understand why cricket got stop and what crickters has to do anything with terrorists.

Dude, while I can understand the helplessness of Pak Security agencies in controlling Pakistani terrorists, there is a basic flaw in your argument. If you can not protect your own citizens from your nationals who use terrorism as a negotiation tool, its an internal matter of Pakistan. However if those nationals make terrorist attacks in another country, then Pakistan is liable. Specially in case of terror attacks which are different from other regular civilian crimes like robbery and even murder since Terrorism actually amounts to waging a war on the target country.

I think logic has to prevail

Both countries import and export food items , they import export cultural talent , they import export politicians exchanging view so why do poor cricketers have to suffer

I mean common sense should prevail ?

Really ???

Juts focus on the pipes and forget about racism(political nationalism)

Afridi can single handedly , send racist IPL and BCCI out of park

Like he did in the World Cup semi-final?

Well we gifted the cup to India , orders from high commision in Islamabad - like Afridi says does not matter how big our heart is , indians will never have a bigger heart then us we will embrace them with open arms they will insist on shoving us away .. but in end ... the victory will belong to boom boom ...its his destiny

One has to understand the subtle , gesture from the polite gentle man of the game , he is shaking hands and smiling before the competitive game , if it was me , I would tell my Prime Minister look buddy , we got a game its war ... you come back for your handshake after the game ..

But Afridi and others said you know what its just a game - lets be by gones be by gones

And as for his wicket in world cup , the referee was not giving "clear wide balls" Indians were balling 3-4 wides , and the umpire was calling them legal deliveries - I think we need a , device that is used in tennis which determines if a ball is legal or not , when people play him properly he smashes the ball out - this cheap tactic of wide balls is just coward's way to play cricket

Playing intentional wide is against the spirit of game !! That is juts my 2 cents
- on Dhoni's tactics , then perhaps all Pakistani ballers should two 100 wides, and if umpires give a wide call just walk out ... its low like the underball incident in cricket , the reason why PCB does not debates is beyond me ...but clearly its unsportsman like to play the wide ball game to an extent a player can't even reach a ball and its called a legal delivery

I just find umpires call wides more often on Pakistan then other teams

:blah: .... wide calling machine ... and if still it does not favour you then you would say Indians have tuned the machine to their liking........

Everytime, Pakistan loses, it become a intentional loss due to some thing or the other. I am really amazed at the thought process of Pakistani players who are willing to throw away a game for so many reasons. No wonder they become prime targets for Match fixers..;)

c'mon dude, grow up a little.

I was actually trying to find the link between terrorists and cricketers. Why cricketers should be responsible for terrorists attacks?

I disagree with you because i think terrorist kill innocent peoples irrespective of their religion or nationality. May be for you the value of innocent lives of those who got killed in india is more than those who got killed in Pakistan but for me innocent peoples are innocent no matter if they get killed in Pakistan or in India. Our government is not helpless and is fighting with terrorist and situation is very much under control now but what i don't get is that when these terrorist kill our own Army/police men or civilian then it become internal matters so who sponsor and train these terrorists. Where all these weapons come from?

If same terrorist kill peopels in india then india put blame on ISI or Pakistan. I don't think terrorist ask permission of Pakistani government before going to kill peoples in india so why government should be responsible for act of some crazy individuals? We should try to look at acts of these terrorist individually without associate specific religion or nationality with them. They are some mad peoples who chose to participate in terrorist acts, not the religion/nationality to which they belong.

I don't think Afridi used the term "untouchables". That seems to be the handy work of Indian reporting. The title of the thread should have been edited a long time ago.
