China outnumbers the U.S. for the first time in this ranking of the world’s ‘best’ universities

Dude, Why do you have me dig up old document I don't use since 2010??

And I don't have the UC Boulder Certificate, as they are back in the US and I am in Australia. But seeing I already show proof I went to UNSW, why would I lie about going to a school 30 some place behind UNSW in world ranking??
Because you lie too much. I can't trust anything you say.

OK. Let's all delete these photos. Personal information should not be exposed on the Internet.

Also, Can I now officially make fun of your rank 1084 school?? LOL

China is the second or third most sought destination for foreign students with 500k enrollments each year while India has only 75k of international students. So who is midget in international study here ? Know your stats before open your mouth next time.

In India, there arevtoo many students competing for scare seats in engineering, mdical and other higher studies. Those students who are not very bright goes abroad where there isn't too much competition. You are right. Our seats are occupied by our students.

Another reason is that curriculum in India is too much tough. Foreign students cannot cope up with it so foreign admissions are less.

lOl, what US labor department data has anything to do with Chinese universities? your slave mentality is just helpless.

Not with Chinese universities but Chinese migrants educated in Chinese universities.

This is where they will have to do what Deng Xioping did in the 70s and 80s, look to see how the other Asian nations are doing it.

A lot of instruction in many of the countries where English is not the dominants language also find a way to attract talent from abroad. Even where English is spoken, there are still issues with different academic cultures.

Singapore (even though they speak English), Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Even looking at how the Indian IITs do it, with regard to talent scouting could help China net talent from abroad that they otherwise may not have previously recruited.
Or the other option is if they promote the importance of learning Chinese language worldwide. With that Chinese language being removed no more barriers for international students.

What does it have to do with OP article, the article is about Chinese universities, your slave mentality is helpless.

No matter how ridiculously you brag about Indian colleges, they never made to top schools in the world in any global rankings while Chinese colleges are always there.

In white man land, blacks are MORE racist than white.
based on what? 400 years of slavery Blacks received in US? please watch your comments, you're usually astute but making racist comments wont sit well here.

Which Indian schools have entered the top 400 of the global excellent universities?

That seems harder. Especially when trying to learn at a university level. Reorienting towards another language then what is spoken in their home country (if it’s english) will be an uphill battle. We can look at the challenges the Soviets had with Russian language instruction, as well as English language universities with students from French speaking countries.

Not as hard as it seems, many foreign students speak pretty standard Chinese after studying in China for a couple of years

Black people do not like discipline and public morality. But they often complain that countries with a tradition of abiding by the law and discipline cannot tolerate them, and the exclusion of their behavior is summarized as racism.

Today, a black man was sleeping on a chair on the Changsha subway:

In the list of the world's top 500 enterprises, there are 145 enterprises in China, and all CEOs are Chinese.
There are 124 enterprises in USA, including 38 Indian CEOs and 14 Chinese CEOs.

It is not that Chinese people are unwilling to become Google CEO, but that they have more development opportunities in China. The combined turnover of Google, Wal Mart and Amazon is not even more than that of China Tobacco.

The first choice for Chinese people is to return to China and become the CEO of China's top enterprises. Their second choice is to start a business in the USA and become the CEO of their own company, not the CEO of a company owned by Americans.

For example, Huang Renxun, CEO of Nvidia, Su Zifeng, CEO of AMD, Wu Jianmin, CEO of Huamei Bank, Yuan Zheng, CEO of Zoom, etc.
Guy would have been jailed in Japan,China is lax state compared to japan since it's developing.

Chinese colleges are state-subsidized and flushed with state resources, even the private ones, hence pretty cheap in fees, since chinese gov make education as public good rather than business for profit like in US.
So,China shouldn't do anything more to attract foreign students since, they are already offering a bargain and chinese education system is geared as public service ,not suitable for profit based model appled in anglo states.

Only language & culture college warrants more emphasis on foreigner enrollment, like what's happening in s.korea.

And how you measure what university is better than other? Because it has more money? Because students have better results? Because they do more research or they have more patents?

I think there is a lot of marketing and lies in that world, since always.

But one thing is certain: Covid RNA-m vaccines was made in the west, and Chinese vacccines were done by the old way.

So the west (USA) keeps the vanguard in research and achieve useful new things.

India"s small city Universities have produced world's top CEOs much greater number than any of your so called top ranking Universities which has great infrastructure and facilities with dumb Chinese professors and equally dumb Chinese students who can not get anything better than a mediocre role in any world class organization.

There is a lot of classism also in this rankings of "better universities"

If you born as a low IQ idiot with money, and you go to a "better university" you will can access to better jobs, no matter if you keep as a low iq idiot.

Brilliant people are often by born.

The place will can offer you better means, but it can't make you more brilliant.
