Iran's electricity generation
1655941633397.png
One of the best indicators of development in a country is the "electricity generation". Iran's total electricity capacity currently stands at 85 GWatts (mostly gas powered plants). Iran is now tendering for 10GW of mostly solar and wind power just to catch up with the demand..

Iran's OIL PRODUCTION reaches 3.2 million barrel per day (2021)

  • 7th largest producer in the world
  • 3rd after Saudi and Iraq
  • 8th largest oil refiner in the world.
Note: this has been achieved even when Iran is under total sanction for her oil industry..

Iran and Micro-electronics
Civilian Micro-electronics is one industry that Iran is lagging behind...Not much is known of the military capabilities but for sure it is in much better shape than the civilian counterpart...of the many process that takes to turn a lifeless silicon chip into a humming microprocessor or memory not much is public in Iran...I have seen Iranian microprocessors but not much is known as to what level of manufacturing this micro is done in Iran or is it in mass production.

This company FADK apparently takes an already manufactured memory chip (imported from !!!) and turns them into a memory Module..

everybody buy ram chips and turn them into PC memory , in fact every one use SK-hynix, Micron or Samsung .
producing 3200 DDR4 means they are using good chips, the fact that the RAMS are single ranks means they need to work more on their board design
lol , there is a simple reason that those crucial and hynix rams (if you can get them) are cheaper.

its true that there are many ram producer that you can't name them all , but the memory chips are produced by a handful companies that you can count with one hand fingers.

Hynix, Micron and Samsung.

crucial is a brand name that micron produce in house RAM with its own chips .
it's very hard to compete with your price if you yourself produce the ram. I think the company instead of simple rams must focus on overclocking rams , and system building rams like RGB rams . otherwise its nearly impossible to compete with like of crucial , specially if because of sanctions you had to get your hand on DRAM chips at higher price

یک کم پیگیر شدم مثل اینکه شرکت فدک مثل شرکت ژل و کروشیال بازیلیسک و اینتل و اسپک تک از رمهای مایکرون استفاده میکنه.
Geill Memory

Fadak Memory
RAM-DDR4-A1-8G-2400.jpg

the board itself seems to be produced in Iran but its design is suspiciously similar to Geill Board
by the way for the ones who are against the trade with USA, Micron is an American company, funny Korean Samsung and SK Hynix don't sell us their products but it seems American Micron have no problem doing such thing, well its the perk of being part of Vassalage , the master rules only apply to you the master don't need to follow them

Iran investing $7 billion in one of the world's largest oil fields.
1657014898134.png

  • Azadegan oil field in southwestern Iran is estimated to hold 33 billion barrels of crude in place, and as such, is one of the largest oil fields in the world and shared with Iraq.
  • Private Iranian funds..The $7 billion dollars is finance by private and public banks, economic holdings and the National Development Fund (a first in Iranian oil industry);
  • The aim is to increase the field’s production to 570,000 barrels a day (estimate $2 billion dollars annual income)

Additional info about "Azadegan" oil field development

1- the "Private Sector" participation in OIL industry is so important and unique that Iranian president was present in the signing ceremony

Azadegan Oil Field in Iran

The Iranian oil minister says the development of the southwestern Azadegan oil field will generate an income of some $115 billion for the country as well as 24,000 jobs for people.
Javad Owji told Iranian media that the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) had inked a memorandum of understanding with the country’s major exploration and production companies, public and private banks, and financial institutions for the development of the oil field in the Persian Gulf.
He said the field currently had an output of 190,000 barrels of oil per day.
“With an investment of nearly seven billion dollars, the production capacity of this field will reach 220,000 barrels per day in the second year of its development process, and 570,000 barrels of oil per day in the next seven years,” the minister said.
“During the 20-year operation period of Azadegan field, considering the base price of oil to be $80 per barrel on average, the field will generate more than $115 billion in revenue for the country and create employment for 24,000 people,” he added.
Azadegan is estimated to hold 33 billion barrels of crude in place, and as such, is one of the largest oil fields in the world.
Iran has repeatedly tried to launch the development of the joint field with Iraq with the cooperation of foreign investors, but those ventures have failed.

Iran has the largest metro system in all of Middle east and west Asia.( all 5 major cities in Iran have modern metro)..

And it is expanding even further..

construction of line 10 of Tehran Metro
starts (43 Kilometers 35 stations)

Russian Gazprom investing $40 billion dollars in Iranian oil and gas fields:cheesy::cheesy:
  • Agreement signed today
  • Largest foreign investment in Iranian Oil/Gas history
  • $10 billion goes to the development of "North Pars" and "Kish" gas fields in the Persian Gulf (I covered that project in this thread)
  • $15 billion to the "south Pars" gas field pressure restoration and Completion of Iran's LNG project
  • balance of contract goes to revival of 6 older oil fields.
  • This agreement is in addition to $4 billion dollars already in progress with Russia
North Pars Gas Field (Persian: میدان گازی پارس شمالی) is one of the biggest independent gas fields of the world. This field which was discovered in 1967 is located some 120 kilometers south east of Bushehr province in water depths of 2 to 30 meters in the Persian Gulf.

Tehran_shomal freeway
One of Iran's mega road projects, the 121 kilometer Tehran–Shomal Freeway connects Tehran to the Caspian shore region up north. The freeway crosses some of the most mountainous terrain in Iran. The project is divided in four sections with two sections already completed. This freeway is Iran's most expensive and complicated road project and has been in the works for more than 15 years. The final cost of this freeway will exceed Billions of dollars .
There are numerous tunnels and bridges that have to be built in the mountains including Iran's largest road tunnel "ALBORZ" which is indeed a 3 tunnel system.

The section 4 was completed during Ahamdinejad presidency and section 1 was completed during Rouhanni presidency at a (cost of section 1 is at $1billion dollars).

Section 2 and 3 are the most difficult and Albors tunnel is in this section 2. ....70% of section 2 is all tunnels. 59 tunnels and 30 bridges just on this section alone.

The end of section 4 is the north caspian region (completed)
