China needs to utilize these smaller aircraft carriers by making VTOL fighters so that China's seaborn key fighter fleet increases in strength and adds to the two aircraft carrier's teeth.

This is only the beginning, i already said China is going overdrive in Naval expansion in the coming years. While America will have to decommission more of those old ticonderoga China is adding more new and state of the art destroyers faster than the Americans can built Arleigh Burke. We are are making more missiles, warships, (stealth) fighters all at a faster speed. What does America do? It is standing on the side way watching hopelessly while calling sick man India to add pressure on China, a castrated Japan and the poor white trash of Asia to flex its little muscle. This is the American Dream TEAM that is supposedly to contain China.

One other thing, also on the same day the 19th 052D Destroyer was commissioned elsewhere, PLANS Kaifeng, DDG-124 NSF (Northern Fleet). Been a good month for the PLAN, considering another 052D Destroyer, PLANS Nanning, DDG-162 SSF (Southern Fleet) was also commissioned on the 12th April.
