I am not getting emotional, I am sick and tired of people saying x,y,z because of A. If you disagree with me that is fine but revert back to your first counter rebuttal with me. Review it and judge the tone of your own questioning.

Our identity is Pakistani. Our ethic background may be something else but our identity is Pakistani. Remember that!

It depends on the situation. The identity is Islam when the need is to justify the raison d'etre of islam ka qila. But when the need is to make sure that the regional identities are maimed and the growth of languages is being impeded and fully replaced by the Islamic language Urdu - then Pakistaniat becomes the sole identity.

Islam is our faith, not our identity, technically if you are Muslim then you know every man i born a "Muslim". Our national identity is something else entirely, if once cannot accept that then we may as-well revert back to the medieval belief of tribes, clans and fiefdoms.

Also Urdu is not a "Islamic" zeban!

Its ironic that i see some ppl here lecturing us about being Pakistani first and then something else yet day and night they would blame other ethnic groups within our boundaries for the collective problems we are facing, some even denounce us as Pakistanis( not that i would give a flying heck about them). But seeing them lecturing about unity God.....

Yes he is somewhat right in his perception, we are generally sidelined in all aspects, the social aspects particularly. For most of us not a day goes by unless I receive some kind of mockery regarding our race and the stereotypes society has set on us....

small shit happens everywhere... ive seen punjabis claiming the same in even southern punjab...

my frnd (pashtun) sends me modified sikh jokes... we share em with our punjabi frnds... than we joke our kashmiri frnd for being a ....y !


And the sindhi for being miser n "gora" for a sindhi ..


But when afridi hits a sixer... we all cheer for him...
