So what? Just because you guys attain a position of strength, it doesn't mean that you mark the territory with your religious color while the others can go to hell!

What if I tell you Hindu Bengalis don't want to join you guys? After all, who wants to be slaughtered like in Naokhali or Hindu genocide of the 1970's?

I am an Hindu Bengali and I can tell you 99.9% of us don't want you guys to be with us. Also, know what? The Assamese and Bodos and NE tribes hate BD Muslims WAY WAY more than us. Infact, every year 100s of them are killed by NE people who don't want you guys. Ask @tshering @zootinali and others on this forum. They are from NE and they will tell you the same.

I don't know from where you got the idea that NE India, WB etc want to live alongside BD Muslims. Look at Burmese buddhists, they hate you. Indian Hindus hate you. NE Christians (Bodos) are killing BD nationals in Assam. Every body have problems with you guys. Why?

Some have the birth right to ask for seperate land with population of around 20-25% ,but other with even more percentage dont get that option.

In 1940 there was 32% Hindus in the area that became East Pakistan and later Bangladesh, what is their percentage now? What happened to that "Strong cultural bond" that was supposed to "Tie both the Bengali Muslims and Hindus together"?

In spite of being a Bengali Hindu with severed roots in what is now known as Bangladesh, I honestly don't keep any hatred for Bangladeshis, I am all for the better relations between the two countries, but I, or for that matter we don't keep any delusions about the ground realities either.
