No it's not, we have been dying for a public transportation, so I would not mind doing it classy. Think of it this way, any money left in the treasury is not left in the treasury anymore and it "magically disappears", So I would like it if they spend as much as they can in development. An ordinary train station is much needed in Riyadh. We've got the most cozy traffic jam on earth ,especially when foreigners drive their 80s-somethings on daily basis. Later on, we will only allow people to use cars with an averege of 10-12 years.

Exactly you've got more resources per capita than any other Muslim country & plenty of Muslim countries combined ! There shouldn't be a single household in KSA that doesn't have at least one person with a Doctorate degree. Every attempt must be made, as if it were Jihad, to use those awesome resources to make KSA a knowledge based economy that is second to none - It'll take time but imagine if you guys had started doing this in the '60s or the '70s where KSA would be right now instead of it only beginning to make the right investments...the right investment in its human capital only recently !

Don't you think it is better to invest on citizens rather than pilgrims? We are already spending billions of dollars there, I won't stagnate development in the country for the black eyes of the pilgrims.
