What is needed is the Bomber and the ground attack fighter plane, which could carry heavy load of weapon per sortie, and Russia have best in this regime. SU-25 for ground attack is the best in this role. Only thing needed is not to fight with each other against a common enemy ISIS.

Apparently two inexperienced Typhoon pilots returned with big grins on their faces, the Su-30s were toasted, all the Su-30's air display antics amounted to nothing, the Typhoons proved too nimble and too powerful for the Russian aircraft. He has a professional duty to inform whether good or bad. It just happens to be soooooooo good. .now I know why so much butt hurt. It is true that for paf to beat RAF is a big deal (low to medium level force). But for India it's not a big deal.

Paf has some 20 odd jets they can field aggressively, the others are for show. Nothing beyond their high end f 16 are threat to anyone.

If the EFT is the "world's most advanced" what does that make the Rafale that was at the EFT's level of devlopment about a decade ago and has been constantly deployed for these missions (Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq and now Syria)?

I wouldn't completely deny your claims. It may happen, especially when we have validated some of the above said technologies, though for civilian application. We are yet to know why the super duper DSI inlets/outlets couldn't keep its pilot or aircraft in air for long.
