in musharaf's era alone karachi was going to have more then 100 billion dollars investment including development of new cities on islands of karachi called bundal island and diamong city + karachi water front but assassination of benazir made trouble and investment was stopped now i guess same projects a getting life again

there are environmental issues for these projects alone, bundal and buddu island are located in the mangroves and the diamond city project is located in hawks bay which is also a conservation area

zardari is what you are missing here, malik riaz is a very close companion of zardari, zardari has also built fortress type house in bahria town, it was also malik riaz who tried to buy tahir ul qadri by using malik riaz who was brought by chaudri shujaat

If that's hype than it will effect the credibility of Malik Riaz's company - In future people will doubt in his plans. He will be stupid to do this for sake of Zardari - On other hand he also have relations with PML-N & Q. Anyway wait for couple of month before passing judgement.

I am no fan of Malik Riaz, he's corrupt to core.....
