Foreigners marrying Pakistani women aren't allowed to get citizenship. I think this is the law of Pakistan.

It says that they cant stay Pakistan,im not talking about citizenship.

That's because they have obtained fake and illegal Pakistani ID cards and passports. These Afghan refugees are well informed that they are not allowed to obtain Pakistani citizenship hence they try to obtain it illegally. They should count themselves lucky because they are punishable by law. Considering that Pakistan wants to get rid of Afghan refugees they are simply being repatriated.

As for the women, it may sound harsh, but they should have known better. If their husbands have one ounce of dignity in my opinion they should do everything possible to move their kids and wives to Afghanistan. Let's see how gracious Afghanistan is. Let's see whether Afghanistan could grant these women and kids their citizenship just like Pakistan has fed and looked after Afghan refugees for decades.

To apply for Naturalization in Pakistan an adult has to

1) Have been present in Pakistan continuously for a period of 12 months preceding the Application
2) Have spent a total aggregate of 4 years in Pakistan out of the previous 7
3) Show proficiency in a language of Pakistan (basically, English and Urdu).

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy for most Afghans. No sympathy.

Women who married Afghan refugees stage protest in Peshawar

Pakistani women who have married Afghan men staged a protest on Tuesday claiming that their husbands have been deported to Afghanistan.

The women said that they had been left alone to fend for their children. Some said that they were starving with their sole breadwinner deported.

The protesting women demanded that the government save their future and give Pakistani nationality to their husbands.

The Pakistan government has launched a clampdown on foreign nationals holding fake national identity cards. This month Nat-Geo famed Sharbat Gula was also deported to Afghanistan.

its their country we aren't and we will never throw them out.but same can't be said about their husbands they don't belong here these guys should go and if the want to come back they should properly apply for visa.
side note these females and their families should have know what they are getting into before they marry to afghan national.our responsibility is only limited to females and their children not their husbands.

Pakistani nationality holders cannot be deported without a reason its their husbands who got deported they can leave but they know ground realities of Afghanistan they wont go

Government has started to work on this issue for issuing a work permit so that they can stay along with business visas to traders having established business in Pakistan. Stay will be extended until December 2017 as decided by Minister with all the political parties.Hope the issue resolve in an amicable way. It's unfortunate Afghan government is cruel to its people.

Throw them out, no sympathy for people who have bring harm to our country for the past 12 to 15 years.

And still they didn't get Pakistani nationality and used fake ID's to hide, maybe they were thinking of causing more harm to our Country. Show them no mercy and deport them.

Advice to the Pakistani women who are married to these illegal immigrants go with them because you choose them and face the problems you created yourself.

Don't Protest for illegal immigrants , you will gain no sympathy out of it.
