There are three common tragedies here:

1: All these women are poor, uneducated, with no skill in hand. (non-contributing faction of society)
2: All these women have 6-7 kids.
2: Many of kids are medically unfit.

Its about time we should stop saying 'Mashallah' to people who breed like rabbits without giving a heed towards the future of their upcoming generation.

Gov should undertake measures to control the population explosion. AT the end of the day, its core problem. Otherwise all such welfare measures will wash away...

One condition for government support should be that they send their kids including girls to school. Even bad education is better than no education.
