Nope. Metro break down often here. They blame on cold weather but that's just excuses.
I've only heard of metro breaking down for like 15min to half an hour once or twice per year in Wuhan....

(Mail Online) December 13, 2016

A hilarious video emerged to show the unique hairstyle of a man from north-east China.

His fringe was covered by frost at first and quickly became icicles in a 15-second clip posted by People's Daily on its Facebook page.

Thousands of online users made fun of his awkward hairstyle.

In the beginning of the video, the man with the frozen fringe was walking in the snow.

'The weather in north-east China is really cold, let me show you my hairstyle,' the man said as he moved his hands to present his hairstyle.

'Those with see-through bangs are not as trendy as me,' he said.

See-through bang is a popular hairstyle for women in Asia. It features thin, wispy bangs that expose part of the forehead.

The hilarious video was posted on several online platforms in China. It had attracted over two million views on QQ.com since December 7.

The clip has also spurred discussion on Weibo, China's microblogging platform. His hairstyle is dubbed as 'north-eastern see-through fringe' and became a trending topic.

'Or we should name it as crystal fringe,' one user suggested another way to name the hairstyle.

'Hey brother, what is the flavour of your ice pop?' one user joked.

'Looks like an octopus was put on his head,' another user didn't appreciate the man's hairstyle.

One person didn't think his new hairdo was so special: 'It's really common in north-east China. It happened to everyone who didn't blow dry his hair after shampoo.'

It's not known where exactly in north-east China the video was taken.

Several areas in the region are renowned for cold weather and winter sports.

For instance, the Heilongjiang Province is distinguished for long and tough winters as temperatures could reach as low as minus 50 degrees.

More than 30 million tourists are expected in the Xinjiang region this winter, between November and April, officials predict.

The winter visitors, drawn to the region's snow-capped scenery and diverse cultural attractions, are expected to spend about 18 billion yuan ($2.6 billion).

Winter is becoming a popular time to visit Xinjiang, which borders Russia, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan and other countries. The season can last for five months or more, according to Gul Ablim, deputy director of the region's tourism administration.

"The length of the season supports a lot of ski resorts in the valleys of the Tianshan Mountains' northern slopes.

"In addition, winter in Xinjiang is milder than that in Northeast China, which means it's suited to a wider range of ages and different physical conditions," she said.

Chen Hongjin, general manager of the domestic trip department at leading Chinese online travel agency lvmama.com, recommended winter tourists visit resorts like Tianchi Lake near the Tianshan Mountains and Kanas Lake in northern Xinjiang's Altay prefecture.

In addition to Xinjiang's geographic and climatic advantages, Chen said its deserts, ancient Silk Road relics and the mix of groups such as Uygur, Hui and Kazak add to its attractions.
