I would be completely against selling Egypt JF17B3s, im all for selling them the block 1/2 versions with downgraded avionics. Selling them our best jets would be giving India/Israel our latest technology.

Doesnt matter, that was in the 80's. Now Chinese tech is on par and even ahead in many areas. Egypt being a client state of Israel and being pro-india would be a huge national security risk to sell JF17B3s too.

Move in to reality my dude, the Israelis could get JF-17 data via espionage without them being anywhere near Egypt. Defense espionage is very easy all you need is cash.

Iran is too far away and in the event of an air war, the Arab Israeli coalition has enough to tackle what Iran can throw to defend itself.

I doubt if the JF-17 has anything ground breaking that would interest the Israelis to seek some intel. at best its a budget version of F-16 nothing more.
SU 30 ,r Mig 35 or even J 10C might be something Israelis will like to know about more if Pakistan or Iran field them.
again I wont be surprised if the Israelis already have the necessary intelligence to counter them

It is basically suitable as an advanced training plane, the JF-17B version, and Egypt is graduating from service 45 Alpha jet and 48 L-59E planes. Consequently, it is in need of light combat. An advanced training plane can be expanded to obtain locally 120 planes for the local market and perhaps also for the Sudanese market.
