I dont know if Pakistan politics has elivated or American politics stooped so low but both look so much similar now that it's not even funny. Both countries have head clowns representing them and both head clowns embroiled in treasonous and corrupt scandals. And both idiots refusing to step down or allow justice to take it's course. Sad; if you catch my drift.

Your comparison is absurd. Donald Trump (and his family members) are not mentioned in the Panama Report for money laundering and having undisclosed offshore assets. Nawaz Sharif (and his family members) on the other hand...

Donald Trump is a legitimate business man and billionaire - nothing shady about him in these matters. He is taking only 1 USD as salary for being the President - this fact alone shows that he has much better values than many out there.

Democrats are pushing the 'Russian intervention' angle too far - they don't understand that Obama administration is guilty for facilitating such intervention. And I fail to understand why some Americans are so appreciative of Obama administration since it is responsible for significantly increasing American national debt over time - it is a failed administration.

The only Democrat who deserves respect in a long time is Bill Clinton - for his excellence in management and economic matters. And even he was embroiled in Monica scandal but Americans gave him another chance. Nobody is perfect in politics or in life.

Corruption of Nawaz Sharif (and his family members) is not news - Panama Report made it official and set the stage for investigations with some hard pointers at hand, thankfully. This is called karma.

Has the thought crossed your mind as to why Mr. Tariq Shafi, PM Nawaz or his son Hussain never mentioned anything about Qatari prince untill missing money trail became a problem?

I think people when they analyse they don't take into account that a child born in 1990 is a full grown thinking adult today, even a child born in 1999 is an eligible voter for 2018 general elections.

1990s Pakistan that would rely on newspapers, PTV and radio Pakistan is not the same as 2017's Pakistan.
