Will China going to allow any Middle Eastern or North African country to do JV or license production of J-31 or J-20 or JV in any future venture for Army-Navy-AirForce-Space programs?

License production of J-31 might be applicable depending on how many jets will be purchased. JV might also be OK but the option could only be open, as I can see, to Pakistan.

China won't sell J-20s.
