I think Mr. Assange is really crossing the limits of decency by labelling terrorism on the name of a faith. As long as political truths is concern, he has done a splendid job but I disapprove of this religion tag.

Our society will not appreciate this gesture of Mr. Assange's despite what we offered to him when Americans drove him out of their country.

very well said infact as far as riots are concerned India had been at the center of it and mostly these riots had been outcome of the hardline Hindu ideology

Infact savarkar was released keeping in mind GOI of that time didnt want to disturb the Hornet's Nest of hard-line hindu ideology as wounds of partition were still fresh.Otherwise that would ve pushed the country into religious civil war.And for same fear of hindu terror ALL GOI kept its hands off policy riots after roits in india.thats why none so war punished in ten thousands of riots in india since 1947.

Am I supposed to educate you folks about the history of religious riot in India? No one is innocent out there, everyone has skeletons hidden in their closet.

When criticising hard-liner Hindus for rioting, be righteous enough to accept the part of hard-line Muslims as well.

1. Yes this view is there but those many Indians are in camp of Godse and Savarkar and ignored the facts and realities that two nation theory was the brain-child of these savarkars and not of Gandhi or Jinnah.

So Gandhi is no way responsible for partition. I would not call it break up of India because it was NOT India at that time.

actually savarkar and co wanted akhand bharat without any partition . They were just against giving any special rights to muslims just for being minority over hindus meaning equal rights for both.
gandhi oked the partition and even after partition kept on favouring pakistan hence was killed.

i think you are mislead by the title of this thread. this has nothing to do with wikileaks or Mr Assange. it's a propaganda article written by a nutcase & presenting it as the one based on the leaks. that's all.

Why are we even discussing about this.If i am not wrong all the facts written in the lead article are based on fabricated stories which were published by some Pakistani newspapers .They claimed that they were wikileaks cables.They were caught red handed by Gaurdian and some other international papers and they had to apologise for it.

I was just asking myself the same thing this is old news which was based on lies from a rogue journo from 'the news' a leading Pakistani newspaper. If I am not wrong they even offered a formal apology after this came out and they were exposed.
