To deter the enemy from crossing the border , not to use them on our own people or territories for a few thousand terrorist who will be laid to rest in hell sooner or later .

There is a reason why world consider Pakistan an irresponsible and dangerous nuclear power. If Pakistan had nuclear power back in 1971, she could have used it against east bengal as last resort...
There are @CENTCOMs type of guys here who might be going through these type of irresponsible comments from senior members with military families and might be making opionion about pakistani public in general and army in particular.

The talibanization wont subside with american withdrawl in 2014, TTP would get stronger as their ideological supporters in Afghanistan would be free to back them, cross-border attacks on Pakistan would simply increase...TTP would also provide helping hand to Afghan talibans in their war against Afghan governament...it would be a nightmare for Pakistan....they wont be having sufficient american dollars to keep the presence of more than 1.2 lakh troops in FATA and carry out high costly air strikes on regular basis......

Most of the myths about Waziristan got busted after operations were done in South Waziristan
Pakistan Army went into South Waziristan and those hicks who stood in the way got killed others fled like rats, any visible resistance has been wiped out, a Cantonment has been established in Wana since then, there is next to nothing that a bunch of tribal douche bags can do to change that now other than occasionally stuffing explosives up their arse and blowing themselves up to spread around their crap.

You are admitting that Pak faujis are not professionals but goons who have taken law into their own hands and are taking revenge from tribals for deaths of their colleagues.

This is no revenge , merely a war and what little credibility that Amnesty has for reporting in Pakistan , collateral damage otherwise goons do not ask people to leave the area before operation or take tribal leaders into confidence before carrying out an operation , now , do they ? The Pak Fauj can just carpet bomb the affected area and be done with it going by your ever funny logics ( which keep changing everyday ) but it cares for the peace loving tribals and hence does everything possible to keep them safe from danger . You give refuge to a militant , provide him equipment etc , provide resources and you are on your own , get hunted down by the army . That is , how it works .
