Why was there never an Islamic invasion of Nepal?

Funnily enough, every Pakistan ever seems to think his ancestors belong to the "invaders", and no one has been the converted. I am starting to believe that Islam was actually founded in Pakistan, and went to Arab world and rest of the world from there :P

They converted out of free will, as they were fed up by living in a religious caste apartheid which was based in a scientific myth. We offered them the equality and they took it. Soon Muslims will be a majority in S.Asia, inshallah... a historic demographic flip in last millennia.

How can you say that Nepal wouldn't have been able to offer a resistance? Nepal was never subdued, it was a group of princely states until it was unified. Nepal was never subdued until the British took part of its teritory and even then the British where still defeated.

Because its geography wasn't worth an invasion to begin with, nor did it offer any threat. Invasions are carried out according to a state's agenda, you don't go around invading people just because you want to. Muslims took over Spain, Turkey, Greece, C.Asia and parts of Baltics, if Nepal was worth the effort, we would have done that.
