This is true, but one has to look at the statistical situation. Quantitatively, the United States is impeccably impressive. Imagine, a nation of some 320 million, with average per capital at $54,000.

Qatar, Luxembourg, Brunei et al, that's nice and all. But these nations have populations that do not exceed 10 million each. I mean, Brunei's population is only 700,000. That's the size of one small city in the United States.

Don't stop there, why don't you calculate for us the combined GDP for BRICs.

Then do a comparative analysis of combined GDP, per capita, and population with EU-US-Japan. Perform an ANOVA (analysis of variance) for us, so we can identify areas of key interest(s).

The reason why I requested is because there have been talks in this thread about the uniformity of BRICs and the economic clout of this new group. So, I am asking to be elucidated upon by doing a multivariate analysis of EU-US-Japan and BRICS and specifically analyzing the following dependent variables :1) combined GDP, 2) Population , 3) Per Capita, and 4) Human Development Index. I am asking you to provide this because you've voiced your support of BRICs in more than one occasion and its apparent success.

So i am merely , as an academic, asking to illustrate this and substantiate these claims.

Yep, Russia and China now are totally in the same boat with everything on the stake, no any retreat.

If we can survive, then the world will belong to us.

The BRICS Bank was formed by the strong determination of these two countries. Otherwise, who will do that with the risk of getting bombed by the US?

The Combined Military Powers of said platforms is second to none.

You can add Australia,Canada to the alliance(as they are firm allies) and you got 39 trillion $...with South Korea it will round it up to a nice 40+ trillion.In fact,the numbers are bigger.

Btw,the "declining" EU has managed to add 1 trillion $ to its GDP in 2014 vis a vis 2013.

In other words, with a population 1/10th of China....!

Come to China and find out. Japan lost some 1 million soldiers who got killed in China in the late 1930s and early 1940s. China has top notch military hardware these days. Let's not forget that China has over 25 times as much territory as Japan does.
