Nowhere in the world, there is a PTA like thing that exists.
It's just a tool for extorting huge amounts of tax from the poor population on the sale of smartphones and to help the imported government in achieving its fascist goals.

I am sure there are otehr solutions as well. But, if we look at it from the perspective of what's the most accessible and widespread method. HTTPS is the bare minimum. It comes built it and it does a pretty good job.
