Why the FM addressed UN in Urdu !

First time in UN history, 2 Central Indian languages used in the UN. Great. Does Bangladesh also use Bengali? That would make it 3.
What r u on abt?
Urdu has nothng to do wid India,,it is distinctively different frm hindu,,err i mean Indian languages,,,it didnt originate in India,,linguists got it wrong, its frm central asia,,,actually,,it is very very close to turkish, arabic, persian n nordic.maybe a word here n there similar wid hindi,,but thts it.
It is proved by the fact tht whenever Indians n Pakistanis meet they rarely use urdu/hindi,,,instead global languages like english,,like we r doing right now

Urdu is a mixture of persian, turkish n arabic, keep ur shit indian languages to urself.

Around 75% of Urdu words have their etymological roots in Sanskrit and Prakrit, and approximately 99% of Urdu verbs have their roots in Sanskrit and Prakrit.

So yes, it is completely an Indian language. It is nice that it is an official language of Pakistan. English too is an official language of India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA - doesn't take away from the fact that English at the end of the day is from England.

well, wrong analogy. There was no republic of India before 1947. For 800 continuous years was Muslim rule during which the Urdu language developed and it was predominantly was spoken by the Muslims while Hindi developed as a more sanskritified version of Urdu by Hindu people for communication with Muslims especially the govt. Then English was introduced by the Britishers and imposed as an official language during the 90 years of their rule. But England was a distinct and separate country while there was no republic of India rather it was a an Islamic Empire.

It takes a billion trees to fly to moon.
You will get all the wood to reach there.

That's like saying because the United Kingdom formed in 1801, England has no right to claim the English language. What matters is where the language originated. It originated in Central India.
Also, 800 continuous years of Muslim rule over what? Present day India? In which alternate universe did that happen?

We are happy our neighbors use our language as their national language, no doubt.

Imagine being such a retarded bharti that you think Urdu originated from central India and the Farsi, Arabic and Turkish words flew over modern day Pakistan. Lmao. This is why you people are considered mentally deficient.

Lol. Imagine being so insecure that you need to make things up. Oh wait. You don't need to imagine.

Maybe Arabic originated from this so-called "India" of the past too (word India didn't exist then but hey-ho-Hindu makes his own sh!t up) ... since Urdu is written in the same text as Arabic.

Right Hindu?

And we are happy you use the name of our river for your country :partay:

That FMs of both India and Pakistan made their speeches in their native languages prove they are just playing to the galleries back home. Which makes sense since no one at the UN pays attention to them, usually made to a mostly empty hall, and forgotten soon after they are made.

I can see why neither IK nor Modi decided to attend.
