Iran has a better chance of recognizing Israel before Pakistan does.

Recognizing them serves us no benefit: Strategically, Militarily or Economically.

I could see it happening one way and that is if we join other nations and say that we'll recognize Israel if it creates a separate nation of Palestine per the 1967 or 1948 borders. As you may imagine, we are nowhere close to that solution right now.

No harm in recognizing it...Its not like the bloody (literally speaking as its got blood on its hand) state is going anywhere...

But why are people dying to see it recognized?

NO ONe is dying to recognize israel ... but IMO one has to be more practical in Foreign Policy rather thn Emotional.

It is about mutual interests and we won't have to sleep with them. Pakistan has served USA for at least 50 years, Why did Pakistan always supported him ? Don't they have blood of muslim in its hand ? Bongiya maarna chorr yaar and leave morality a side everyone knows about Zia ul Haq act against palestine, what we did to bangalis and how we supported AT. Muslims aur ummah jaye tel lene. We should only think about Pakistan and Pakistanis.

They don't take advice of their most important allies, they won't care what Pakistan says. No one needs the headache, even Europeans/Americans wanting to distance themselves from Israel because it gives them headache. Europe is secular, Israel is secular lifestyle but run by religious right wing which has religious fantasies that guide their policies towards the Palestinians.
