Why Karachi is unmanageable?

Because of the stupidity on the part of people of Sindh and the state of Pakistan. Division of provinces is long over due. Karachi should be separated from Sindh and even divided into 2-3 equal pieces in terms of population and resources. Same should happen elsewhere including Punjab and KPK.
Sindh should be declared a federally administered area under the direct control of the federal govt for the at least 10 years. The govt works on spreading education on massive scale and removes all kinds of feudalism.

Short Term Plan: Impose federal emergency in Karachi and take over matters from Sindh Government.

Long Term Plan: Implement a true version of Local Government system on the lines of England.

The reason is very simple, its over crowded. Pakistan have never made new citoes except Islamabad. We need smart designing, based on water sources and others and make new cities. We have motorway, so not difficult to make new cities n connect them to motorway. A city's population should never be let above 1 crore. Karachi is so over crowded, its just not possible to manage. People of Pakistan are also dirty and wont clean their areas.

Make karachi sepeate province that's the final solution. You cant expect federal or sindh run the city where they dont have majority of voters that is politics in Pakistan.
