The other figure is from a quote by congressman Traficant a while back. I assume the second figure is an 'off the cuff' amount. Obviously there will be arguements one way or the other, but US/Israel trade deals are ratified by the Israeli controlled congress. There is a science and technology agreement, and you can figure out who has the greater research budget, and which party gains the most.

I know about $3.8B yearly aid to Israel.... I wanted more details on the Israeli/USA trade deals..... I know USA gives them high tech F-35 and wanted details that most people don't know about.....

I don't know all the details. I know that the US/Israel is a defence pact in all but name. There are about 20 parts, some of them secret.

Update.
Just saw a video from the Institute of middle east affairs, and the speaker says that between 1949-2017 Israel has received $260 billion dollars. This does not include 'black box' aid that is sent by the intelligence services. It also does not include the beneficial effect of the trade and technology sharing agreements.
