Why do men who wear shalwar kameez are considered not equally richer as those who wear pant shirt in pakistan nowadays ?

Why most people in pakistan don't want to wear their national dress ?
Why shalwar kameez wearing men are perceived as'poor ' and uneducated ?

It was true until a 15 years ago but now things are changing thanks to designers like Junaid Jamshed and Khaddi and others it is changing massively

Only Punjab is suffering from dress code phobia rest of the Pakistan feeling proud to wear it (I am from Punjab).

Well .. then it's a problem . We have to encourage people to acquire our "own" Dress code i.e; Shalwar Kameez.

We Punjabi even feel shame to talk in Punjabi with our kids and guests such a slave mentality we are living with.

If a group of 20 people discussing some thing. 18 are of 1 same "random" language and 2 are Pakhtoon. when ever they talk to each other , they will use Pashto. i have noticed this thing.

It is sad but true. Your observation is largely correct

Try crossing a police check post wearing plain shalwar kamiz and plain jeans/T. You will feel the difference

P.S: This might not be 100% times, but I have observed this many times. Add a gadget like bluetooth or an expensive phone to go with and the equation will change. So, to conclude, I think it has got more to do with the slave mentality we witness around. Slavery to status or objects of status.

And this one's very famous in balochistan. With bugti shalwar , looks dashing .

But still designers need to work more to make it among world's popular dress as it's wore by people of both pakistan and Afghanistan.

In India , Wearing traditional dress , speaking Hindi , Using Namaste instead of Hi or Hello is thought of as Cheap , old and outdated .
