Why not an electromagnetic bomb- it is easy and in the reach of Pakistan at any time with the means of delivery as an ultimate deterrent weapon-(now talk about a cost effective solution)-, no more IT for India! no more money!, no more arrogance!, so they can acquire all the expensive weapons of the world , it won't give them the slightest advantage.
