india should not increase its defence buget..............more money should be spend on constructing infrastructure which is in bad shape right now........right now we have enough budget to counter local and international threat.

If her conventional capability was "good" then why do you think India wants to spend more on upgrading her forces ???

In summary, India's military is nothing but a joke. India must upgrade and that's what India is currently doing. More money is needed and Indian billionaires should help out.

I think u r little confused here,on 1 hand u say India must increse it budget,on other hand u say why India is spending for moderanization,dont u think both u comments contradict each other.

Any way even that makes Indian forces a joke,that still no problem for us,because if that is the scenarion then we know where u stands in comparison.
