The American capitalist model is not worth a penny keeping in view the disaster it has brought to the world in shape of meltdown which has affected even those countries which are not responsible for it.

I was answering a question that asked why does US favour India over Pakistan.

If that is true then why is there no US nuclear deal with Pakistan like there is with India? Why is it more easier for Indians to get a visa to US and not for Pakistanis? Instead, Pakistanis in US are being deported. Why is there more trade with India than there is with Pakistan?

What has Pakistan gained from being America's partner in this war of terror? India has gained way more from America than Pakistan ever had, even though India was always supporting Soviet Union.

Anyway US will favour whoever is going to give some boost to its cripling capitalist model

The point is that you would expect that America does a little more for Pakistan than it has done for India.

Since the independence of Pakistan and India in 1947, Pakistan chose U.S. and India chose Soviet Union.

Pakistan has been on America's side since day one and India has been on Soviet Union's side and still India always benefits more from US than Pakistan ever had, even though Pakistan always took America's side from 1947 to the Cold War to War OF Terror.

i have not said that america does more to pakistan than india..see you cant deny pakistan and china's relations.so US is like not happy or 'jealoused'and like india and soviet union,same here pakistan and china..so all i want to say that US is 50-50 to both sides...

The sole reason for this is our Democratic structure......

Pakistan having been ruled by military dictators was easily able to join ranks with the Yanks based on decisions of individuals.....
India has more differing opinions in its politics......We have the left, right, the reds, the independents, the dalits.....all with a different vision of India....

Hence even though we chose the commie side due to our socialist policies, we never went to bed with them.....take Afghanistan for example, India could easily have sent a military contingent to support the russians, but we didnt.....supporting NA is a different story.....

But for most part we have stuck to our non-aligned status....and its hard to make Indians roll over.....

For lack of better comparisons.....India is like that girl who wont give you any.....You have to woo her, serenade her, compliment her, bring her gifts,....etc.....Yet she will only think about it....

Im sure thats true, but does not prove that these individuals did not choose to align with the US.....

My above statements arent against a ruler, but just giving my opinion on why India is being pursued by the US so strongly.....

My favorite Pakistani leader to date has been Musharraf.....So trust me...Im on your side when it comes to dictators....
