Getting the money out of Pakistan is the difficult (per se) bit but coming in is 'no questions asked' so inflowing can be in multiple accounts to avoid suspicion. And when bankers and FBR etc are in hand, who is going to ask?

All one needs is an account or a few in Europe to receive payments (crypto exchange to fiat conversion) and then the EU bank to PK banks transfer. So payments for such crimes can't be tracked back to the payer.
